Sheikh Muhammad Ali Al-Husseini stated via his account on the “X” platform: In short, and away from all the media hype, political noise, electronic flies, psychological wishes, messages, advice, threats, intimidation that is practiced on the Lebanese people, especially in the south, the Bekaa, and the southern suburb, that if the resistance in Lebanon – which is within its legitimate right – liberates the occupied Lebanese points in the south, all hell will break loose and chaos and destruction will prevail.
All that is mentioned is nothing more than mere wishful thinking of a certain group. We are closely monitoring the situation, and we foresee that after the resistance in Lebanon liberates the occupied Lebanese land, there will be no violent or destructive reactions as some imagine, and Lebanon will not be destroyed as rumored, and no one will be forced to displace, and the suburb and the south will not turn into Gaza as some imagine, and the resistance will not end or surrender as some dream. No, none of this will ever happen. The Lebanese file differs from the Gaza file in every detail.
We affirm, with full confidence, that Israel is fully aware of the return of the resistance and its operations on the occupied points. As for those who believe or bet on eliminating the resistance in Lebanon and handing over its weapons, they lack a deep strategic political dimension.
He concluded his speech by saying: “In conclusion, yes, we are close to the start of military operations by both sides, and it will be a round in which the upper hand will be for the resistance, and this is exactly what is required – the return of the resistance after its victory with high morale and a divine victory, as happened in the October war between Egypt and Israel in 1973.
